Mindfulness meditation is remarkably simple. It is something we can do informally anywhere, anytime- washing dishes, grocery shopping, walking the dog. We can do it sitting, standing, in movement, in stillness. Our entry point to meditation can be as simple as listening to the breath, feeling snow beneath our boots, the touch of wind on our face, sensing the heart beat. It is precisely how simple this is, that these opportunities to grow our inner quiet, and for deeper self-awareness are so easily missed. But with a little formal practice and some support, meditation can help us be more present, so life doesn't just pass us by; not only making us more self-aware in the process, but also opening us up to the exquisiteness of being alive.

- Techniques to help us become physically and mentally more settled: slowing down with gentle, easy movements, applying breathing techniques, body scans, or guided visualizations - all tailored to you.
- A period of quiet, mindful meditation for you to gently observe your inner experience.
- Guidance with wrapping up to help us transition back into our day.
$35/session, or 4 sessions for $100.
Friday sessions are by phone, one-to-one, 30 minutes in length, pre-booked and non-refundable. HST is included.

Ease into your inner quiet Sunday afternoons with light, breath-centred movement, followed by supported, restorative postures, and meditation for deep rest. Gather up your pillows, blankets or preferred yoga props, and join us in setting a peaceful pace for the week to come. No experience necessary, all are welcome!
