Ease into your inner quiet with light, mindful movement,

 followed by supported, restorative postures, and meditation for deep rest and reflection. 


Gather up some pillows + blankets (or your preferred yoga props), and settle into some devoted time for your practice.

We are often quick to use our imagination to escape reality when life is uncomfortable, or to conjure up the worse case scenario when faced with uncertainty. Both ways hinder a rich and meaningful connection to life, and induce anxiety.


In this 2-part series we will explore how we can use the imagination in our meditation practice to deepen our presence, easing us into the unknown in a kind, and gentle way.  


Sessions will begin with light, mindful movement to prepare us to go deeper into our meditation practice. No experience is needed.

Commit to both series and receive a 30 minute one-to-one private session 

to explore your personal meditation or spiritual practice, and how it relates to your every day life.

Please be in touch, no questions asked. 



  • Props needed: 2 pillows and 2 blankets, a meditation cushion or chair (or your preferred yoga props such as bolster, blocks, and eye pillow)
  • Class will take place on the floor on a yoga mat, rug, or layered blankets
  • Our bodies cool down as we relax, please wear warm layers
  • Take some time to prepare your space: choose a warm and quiet room, turn cell phones off, gather the props you will need, dim the lights, play some mellow background music if you prefer
  • Please join class 5 minutes prior to start time to get settled

Restorative Yoga + Meditation Classes

Location: The Creemore Sanctuary 

Mondays 7pm-8:15pm (temporarily on hold)


This class begins with light, gentle movement, followed by supported restorative postures at rest.  Breath work and meditations are carefully woven throughout to help you settle with ease.

All are welcome!
