I am a restorative yoga teacher, a curator of quiet spaces, meditation writer, and a sweet accompaniment in all things of spirit.
As it often goes in life, my launch into well-being was first sparked by a personal health crisis. When faced with the immense difficulty of letting go, it became clear:
I really had no idea how.
And so the search for answers began. My introspective nature drew me to a two year program in the art of spiritual direction, and psycho-spiritual formation and practice at the Haden Institute.
But, this was really just the beginning.
As I finally settled onto the mat with yoga and meditation, things came together. I felt better. To understand why, I entered into a contemplative year of quiet, exploring the deeply healing restorative practice, the Yoga of Being.
Out of this quiet grew my love for what heals us, inspiring a further pursuit into therapy-based Yoga Teacher training (300hr), and Restorative Yin Yoga training (20hr) at Yoga Therapy Toronto.
Now, culminating years of study and lived experience, I offer you an opportunity that is both meaningful and, in these times we live, necessary.
